✨ New Features:

  • Real-time doc synthesis states
    File uploading now moves through clearly labeled states (“Processing”, "Converting", “Reading”, “Indexing”, “Ready”, "Failed") that updates in real time. Spot issues instantly and jump into action the moment your documents are ready.

    • Processing: Hypha captures file metadata (size, type, page count), run checks (e.g., permissions/virus scan, password, encryption detection), and queue the next steps.

    • Converting: Hypha turns non-PDF uploads (e.g., DOCX, PPTX, images, HTML/Markdown, CSV, XSLX) into PDF so the documents can go through the unified pipeline.

    • Reading: Hypha parses texts and leverages OCR for layout/structure detection (headings, tables, images), preserving context and structure of the source document.

    • Indexing: Hypha breaks down content into semantic chunks, generates embeddings, builds vector indexes.

    • Ready: Document now becomes searchable, classified and can be now used in downstream analysis and tasks in Hypha.

    • Failed: Hypha flags documents that failed at any stage. Try re-upload and see if the issue goes away; if it persists, share the error details with Hypha team

  • Real‑time typing indicators in comments
    Building off the audit history feature, we also included a live indicator now shows when a teammate is typing in a thread. Now you’ll know exactly when someone is responding, keep the conversation flowing and make decisions faster.

  • Comment Inbox
    Meet your hub for all comments, mentions and assignments. The new inbox centralizes thread activity so you can triage work in minutes. Move from reactive to proactive, effortlessly staying organized. These elements are the foundation pieces of our flow product for task automations going forward.

🖌 UI Updates:

  • Editable entity context
    Update notes, background, and key details for any entity at any time. Work together seamlessly and make confident decisions without digging around for outdated info.

  • Entity display name control
    Choose which attribute appears as an entity’s display name throughout the UI. Reduce confusion by using names your team recognizes.

🐞 Bug Quashes:

  • Negative numbers now supported for currency type
    Currency fields now accept negative values. Reflecting real‑life transactions accurately.

  • Attribute name saving:
    Fixed an issue where the attribute name does not reset after saving created attribute
